Guardian Angels Catholic Primary School

Guardian Angels Catholic Primary School is a Christian school in the Catholic tradition. With over 750 students and 28 teaching classes from Prep to Year 6, our school values the task of catering for each individual in terms of personal, academic, social and spiritual growth.

As a Catholic school, our main focus is on teaching the Catholic faith to all students in our care and passing on our rich religious tradition through rituals and prayer, in conjunction with the parish. Guardian Angels is rich in choice and opportunities. We value effort, success, achievement and we nurture talent. Guardian Angels Catholic Primary School is a special learning place for children that teaches them to engage and interact with others in a positive, productive, active and harmonious way.

The Learning Support team at Guardian Angels works with the teachers, parents and students to ensure that all learners have the best possible access to the Australian curriculum.

The Guardian Angels school motto is that we ‘Strive for Success’ and to do this we aim to give our students the best education possible.

Our air-conditioned classrooms utilise the most up to date technology to enhance teaching practices, with interactive displays & devices for each student in the classroom.

Our students don’t just learn in the classroom but with our specialist teachers as well. Subjects include Physical Education & Sport, Gross Motor Skills, STEM (Science Technology Engineering and Math), Art, Drama, Music, and Language.

The Instrumental Music program which begins for all children in Year 3 allows students to progress into our school bands that perform locally and interstate, including the Broadbeach Blues Fest.

We have our own swimming pool and swimming coach who supplies swimming lessons. Extra-curricular lessons are also available.

We look forward to welcoming your family to the Guardian Angels Catholic Primary School community.
